I
tiled these stairs using ceramic tiles, the edge of which are not
glazed. To hide the unglazed edges I had to use an aluminum bull nose
edging on the nose of the treads. This not only hides the
unglazed edges but keeps the tile from chipping on the nose of the
treads.
